I’m Dr. Jeff Remington, MD, CCFP(EM), a family and emergency physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to delivering patient-centered care grounded in strong medical principles. Recognizing a growing need for a more physician-led approach to aesthetics and wellness in this community, I created a space where advanced treatments are guided by true medical expertise.
My philosophy is simple: aesthetic and wellness care should be safe, refined, and rooted in medicine — because real confidence begins with trusted clinical care.

I’m Laura Bettger, CCPA, a Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in primary care and a long-standing passion for women’s health and overall well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve recognized that many important concerns — especially those affecting women — are often overlooked in busy medical settings.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe wellness should be proactive, compassionate, and rooted in strong medical guidance.

I later transitioned into healthcare leadership where I gained experience in the clinic operations, innovation and team leadership.
At Expressions MD, I bring together my backgrounds in hospitality and healthcare to create a refined, patient-centred environment grounded in clinical excellence and exceptional care. I was also instrumental in the design and development of our office, ensuring that every detail reflects our commitment to comfort, professionalism and an outstanding patient experience.
