I’m Dr. Jeff Remington, MD, CCFP(EM), a family and emergency physician with over 30 years of clinical experience. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to delivering patient-centered care grounded in strong medical principles. Recognizing a growing need for a more physician-led approach to aesthetics and wellness in this community, I created a space where advanced treatments are guided by true medical expertise.
My philosophy is simple: aesthetic and wellness care should be safe, refined, and rooted in medicine — because real confidence begins with trusted clinical care.

I’m Laura Bettger, CCPA, a Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in primary care and a long-standing passion for women’s health and overall well-being. Throughout my career, I’ve recognized that many important concerns — especially those affecting women — are often overlooked in busy medical settings.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe wellness should be proactive, compassionate, and rooted in strong medical guidance.

I’m Lindsay McCue, the Clinic Director of Expressions MD. My career began in the hospitality and travel industry, where I developed a strong focus on seamless experiences, and personalized service. I later moved into healthcare leadership, most recently as Operations Lead at Niagara South Family Medicine, gaining experience in clinic operations, innovation, and team leadership.
At Expressions MD, I bring together my background in hospitality and health to help create and design a refined, patient-centred environment grounded in clinical excellence and exceptional care.
